Meet the team
Bobby Jennings brings over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, having started his career at a young age following in his family’s footsteps. He founded Holland Park Maintenance with a focus on high-end residential projects and, over the past decade, has successfully expanded into the commercial sector with the launch of HPM Commercial.
As Founder and Director, Bobby is the driving force behind the growth and success of HPM Commercial. He leads the strategic direction of the business, cultivates high-performing teams, and oversees all operations to ensure every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
Simon Hollingworth is a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years of experience in the property and construction industry. He has worked with HPM Commercial for the past five years, bringing deep expertise and professional insight to a wide range of property and land-related projects. Simon is responsible for conducting valuations, inspections, and surveys, as well as advising clients on all aspects of property and development matters.
Abi Sanderson has been with HPM Commercial for over a decade, playing a key role in ensuring seamless project delivery. As Coordination Lead, she is responsible for aligning communication, planning, and execution across multiple teams and departments. Abi ensures that all aspects of each project work cohesively, keeping teams focused, efficient, and aligned toward successful outcomes.
Greg has been a valued member of the HPM Commercial team for five years. As Site Manager, he is responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site construction activities. He ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Greg coordinates all trades on site, manages schedules, enforces health and safety compliance, and liaises closely with architects and engineers to maintain smooth project progression.
With nearly 20 years of experience working alongside Bobby Jennings, Andrew is a highly
skilled and dependable Site Foreman at HPM Commercial. He supports the Site Manager in supervising daily site operations, coordinating trades and labour, and ensuring that all work meets strict safety and quality standards. Andrew plays a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and within budget.
Danny has worked alongside Bobby for 20 years and leads the Aftercare division at HPM Commercial. As Aftercare Manager, he oversees the post-completion phase of all projects, ensuring any defects or issues are resolved promptly and professionally. Danny always provides exceptional client support, helping to uphold the long-term quality, safety, and functionality of every completed project.
